We have noted your booking in our appointment system. One of our staff will contact you if we have any questions about your booking, or to respond to any requests you have made. In the unlikely circumstances that we have to make an adjustment to your appointment, we will also be in touch to discuss this with you.

You should receive both an email and SMS confirmation. Let us know if you haven't received these within an hour.

We'll also send you a reminder close to the date and time of your appointment.

The length of your booking is for your entire appointment, not just the massage. To ensure you get as much massage time as possible, please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your appointment time.

Want to pre-pay for your session?

If you want to pay in advance (for yourself or as a gift for someone else), you can pre-pay securely online. Once payment is received, we'll mark your appointment as pre-paid and no payment will be due on the day.

What to expect

If this is your first time, here's some advice on how to prepare for your massage and what to expect:

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment time, so that we can take a few details and fill in a short health questionnaire. If you have access to a printer, you can download the form, fill it in and bring it with you. This will save time when you arrive.

Late arrivals

The duration of your booking is for the whole appointment, not just the massage. If you book a one hour session, this includes your undressing, dressing and preparation time. It doesn't mean you have a full hour massage in addition to the time needed to arrive, undress and so on. It's therefore a good idea to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment.

If you are late for your appointment we may shorten the duration of your treatment to avoid causing delays to other guests.

If your session is shortened, you will be charged for the length of your session rounded up to the nearest 15 minute interval.

If you arrive so late that we cannot practically perform a massage within your booked appointment time, we can reschedule your appointment. However, this will be treated as a late cancellation under the policy below.

Cancellation & no-show policy

We recognise that plans change, sometimes at short notice, so here is our cancellation policy:

Please contact us as soon as you can once you realise you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Except in a genuine emergency, we require at least 2 hours notice for a booking cancellation. Cancellations within two hours of the appointment start time will be treated as a "no-show" as there's no opportunity for us to offer the appointment to another guest.

If you regularly cancel bookings or fail to show up for your appointments, we may require you to pay a £50 or a 50% deposit for your sessions in future (whichever is lower). You will then lose this deposit if you are a no-show or cancel within 2 hours of the appointment. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions for more information.
