Mayoral Opening
Please join us for our opening day celebration: 10 am to 12-noon, Monday 6th September.
The Worshipful the Mayor, Cllr. Tony Lack will cut the ribbon at 11:30 am.
We will have an 'open salon' from 10 am so that you can come and look around, talk to the staff and ask questions. Note that the salon can only accommodate a few people at a time, so please be patient.
Massages for paying guests will begin from 2 pm on opening day. You can book a treatment in advance using our online appointment booking system. We've got an awesome competition running to celebrate - see below!
September Prize Draw
To celebrate our September opening, we’re giving away a completely FREE one-hour Thai massage for two at The Lazy Frog, plus a delicious Thai lunch or dinner for two at Giggling Squid in Wokingham.
We're running a prize draw throughout September to pick one lucky winner! There are two ways to enter:
Have a massage at The Lazy Frog
Come for a full priced massage any day at The Lazy Frog during September, and we will automatically enter you into the draw.
Have lunch or dinner at Giggling Squid
Dine in at Giggling Squid on any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in September, and then send a photo of your receipt along with your name and phone number to competition@thelazyfrog.co.uk
We'll choose the a winner at random when the competition closes. We'll also pick two runners-up who will win a free 30-minute foot or head & shoulder massage.

Nuad Thai - นวดไทย
In ancient Thai peasant society, labouring in the fields and on the farms was back-breaking work. In those days, every village had a "massage healer" who would help to ease the muscular aches and pains of the villagers.
This traditional form of massage is called "Nuad Thai" (นวดไทย) which literally translates to "Thai massage".
Nuad Thai is a technique that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and some assisted yoga postures. Over time, it has evolved to become part of the art, science and culture of traditional Thai healthcare. Now it is recognised by UNESCO as part of humanity's intangible cultural heritage.
